This was such a great night for beach pictures. I love living so close to the beach — and this spot on the beach is a hidden gem! It was a great combination of a great location and an equally great looking family! Here’s a sneak peek of their session! There is still time to book your family beach session. amykellyphotography@gmail.com to reserve your session!

Cool beach pics….
September 4, 2010I almost forgot….
July 18, 2010to post this wonderful session to my blog! I was in such a rush before vacation that a few sessions have still not made it to my blog. Nonetheless this session turned out awesome, as these two brothers rocked it! They were so photogenic, despite the heat. The location, provided some good shade and also good light for a late morning shoot (which would not have worked out just anywhere). Here’s a glimpse of the session….

Brothers….
June 23, 2010This was such a special shoot. It wasn’t just a two year old shoot or a senior shoot. Instead it combined the two, as it was for two brothers — one who is two years old and the other who is eighteen years old. The older brother will be leaving for college this summer so it documents a really special time for them. Both boys were so handsome and photogenic. It was also obvious to me that, though spread apart in years, they were very close. The little guy adored his big brother and the older guy was so loving and patient with him. I really enjoyed getting to capture this special time. I love that many of the photos were candid. I think they will be very special in the years to follow. Best of luck to the recent graduate – I think you’ll always have a very special little man always looking up to you!
What a night!!!
June 19, 2010Last night had to have been the best night of this spring — it was gorgeous!!! While it may have been a little hot, there was a beautiful breeze down at the beach. I was thrilled to have a beach session. This was another session that was rescheduled a few times due to the rainy weather, but I am so happy we waited. I must say that this little guy was one of the happiest babies I have ever met (and really cute too!!!) He was so easy going. I think it’s awesome that this session documented his first time at the beach (or the first time he really experienced the sand) — he was fascinated by it! Here’s a little glimpse to the session but there is lots more to come!

Almost a whole team…..
April 7, 2010but the best looking team at that, plus one adorable little cheerleader! It was my pleasure to meet up with four handsome boys and their adorable little cousin. Saturday was an awesome day for me to begin my out-door season with some very awesome children. Seriously — they were so cute! They were so well behaved and while the littlest brother of the clan was not so keen of the group photos, he really “hammed” it up by himself! I was especially happy to do this session because it brought me back in time a bit, as it took place on the campus of Stonehill College, my alma mater! I think I have only been back there once in since graduating fifteen years ago, so this visit was really nice! It is so pretty there. Without further adieu, here’s the “team”! It’s just a preview, because there’s more to come!

It’s beginning to look
December 9, 2009(and feel) a lot like Christmas! This is my favorite time of the year, but it’s going way to quickly. The last few weeks seem like a blur to me. I am happy (and thankful) for all the Christmas card sessions that have kept me busy. I have had wonderful experiences meeting with new families and old ones. I had a particularly great session yesterday with the children of an old friend. Though it is crazy to think we met ten years ago while each of us were pregnant with our first child. This was surely a reminder to me that time is fleeting!
These children were awesome – just like pros. The little guy just made me laugh the entire time. He kept saying that he didn’t know how to smile. I think he was wrong about this! Maybe you can decide…. Here’s a sneak peek to this session. I forgot to mention one more thing – I actually have a session open on Saturday and a couple next week if anyone is interested in getting pictures and Christmas cards done! Call 617.653.3956 or email amykellyphototgraphy@gmail.com Without further adieu…
