What an evening we had at Rexhame Beach and these cuties were awesome. While it was 95 degrees and “behind the scenes” we were sweating like crazy, the kids were awesome and super cute. Maggie loved the camera and her smile proves it. My kids on the other hand, were having a blast body surfing in the pre-tropical storm waves with my husband while I did the shoot. They were psyched to try out a new beach. This shoot was surely a success and here’s a preview…. I hope to go back to Rexhame Beach some time soon!

Two little cuties and Rexhame Beach….
September 4, 2010Precious…..
August 27, 2010This little scrumptious bundle of joy sure loved to sleep — well maybe not in the middle of the night! Nevertheless he struck a few poses and knodded off to sleep. He is adorable and I am thrilled for his parents. It seems like yesterday his mother told me she was expecting. I guess this is another reminder to me of how quickly time passes. Here’s a quick glimpse of his his session….

Meet Nolan…..
August 9, 2010What a handsome little baby he is! I was fortunate to be able to meet him and his family the other day. This little guy perfomed so well in front of my camera, and we had so much fun. This session was another example of why I just love my job — it is so much fun to be working (if you can even call it that) and meet such nice people! I am grateful to love what I do and for all the wonderful people I meet along the way. Here are some highlights from my time with Nolan — trust me there are many more!

Thank heaven….
August 9, 2010Had to share…..
July 21, 2010so sweet….
July 13, 2010Once again, I am way behind in blogging my photo sessions! I thought I would start with this adorable little one year-old. Isn’t she sweet? These were taken at her sister’s first communion a month or so ago — I just couldn’t resist capturing her with all of her adorable hats. She was not shy at all and I loved that! Of course I am partical to red heads, seeing that my first born son is a red head (and to this day I wonder where the red hair came from, but I LOVE it!)
Going to Grandma’s…..
June 23, 2010I had another fun portrait session today with two adorable little boys! It was especially nice because they were visiting from out of state at their grandparents’ home, which are my parents good friends. I was so happy to meet their precious grandchildren! I also enjoyed seeing their mom who I hadn’t seen in many years — wow time does fly! It was a hot day but these guys were champs. Here’s a preview of their session. I hope they enjoy the rest of their visit and have a wonderful time seeing “Thomas the Train”!

The calm…..
June 14, 2010in between the storms — or so this portrait session seemed. This session had been in the works since March, however the weather had a different plan for us — every time we planned to meet, it rained. Well this past Saturday we had some luck, as least for a little while (then the rain started again). Nevertheless, we got it done! The light was perfect very early Saturday morning and these adorable babes were awesome! I am so happy that we finally connected (and coincidentally the mom and I knew each other but didn’t realize until we met!) These children made the session easy for me with all their “cuteness”! Of course, the starbursts and popcorn helped a tiny bit too!
Here’s a preview of their session….

Just perfect…..
May 31, 2010A few weeks ago, I was able to meet this pefect little guy — he was only one week old! I had a great visit with him and his mom and dad. They are great people, and I am so happy for them. Hopefully he will be sleeping through the night in no time. Congratulations on your bundle of joy — I am glad I was able to document his first week!

Happy Birthday…..
May 28, 2010The month of May has almost passed, and I am so behind in my blogging. I have so many great shoots to blog about but decided to jump back into blogging with today’s wonderful shoot. Then I will work my way backwards (while trying to keep up with my busy weeks ahead!) Today was Joseph’s first birthday, and I was so happy to document his special day. He is without a doubt, one of the happiest one year olds I have ever met, and he is also incrediby handsome — of course, I am partial to red heads! Our location proved to be great, as Joseph loved the wall, and he seemed to enjoy pulling himself up and holding on. I have a feeling that he will be pretty mobile soon! Here’s a sneak peak to this birthday boy’s session!
