September 4, 2010I was so happy to meet up with the beautiful O’Sullivan girls for the third year in a row. It’s so fun to see how children grow and change. This was the first year that there were no tears from the twins — yeah!!! I think they even had fun. Thanks for another year, and look forward to photographing you in the years to come! 
I almost forgot….
July 18, 2010to post this wonderful session to my blog! I was in such a rush before vacation that a few sessions have still not made it to my blog. Nonetheless this session turned out awesome, as these two brothers rocked it! They were so photogenic, despite the heat. The location, provided some good shade and also good light for a late morning shoot (which would not have worked out just anywhere). Here’s a glimpse of the session….

June 23, 2010This was such a special shoot. It wasn’t just a two year old shoot or a senior shoot. Instead it combined the two, as it was for two brothers — one who is two years old and the other who is eighteen years old. The older brother will be leaving for college this summer so it documents a really special time for them. Both boys were so handsome and photogenic. It was also obvious to me that, though spread apart in years, they were very close. The little guy adored his big brother and the older guy was so loving and patient with him. I really enjoyed getting to capture this special time. I love that many of the photos were candid. I think they will be very special in the years to follow. Best of luck to the recent graduate – I think you’ll always have a very special little man always looking up to you!

June 19, 2010Last night had to have been the best night of this spring — it was gorgeous!!! While it may have been a little hot, there was a beautiful breeze down at the beach. I was thrilled to have a beach session. This was another session that was rescheduled a few times due to the rainy weather, but I am so happy we waited. I must say that this little guy was one of the happiest babies I have ever met (and really cute too!!!) He was so easy going. I think it’s awesome that this session documented his first time at the beach (or the first time he really experienced the sand) — he was fascinated by it! Here’s a little glimpse to the session but there is lots more to come!

The calm…..
June 14, 2010in between the storms — or so this portrait session seemed. This session had been in the works since March, however the weather had a different plan for us — every time we planned to meet, it rained. Well this past Saturday we had some luck, as least for a little while (then the rain started again). Nevertheless, we got it done! The light was perfect very early Saturday morning and these adorable babes were awesome! I am so happy that we finally connected (and coincidentally the mom and I knew each other but didn’t realize until we met!) These children made the session easy for me with all their “cuteness”! Of course, the starbursts and popcorn helped a tiny bit too!

June 2, 2010I cannot resist a newborn or baby shoot – I have so much fun photographing babies. Today was another example. This little guy is a handsome dude! He completely rocked this session, and he was full of smiles. He was mesmorized by the click of my camera’s shutter. He also loved his “nap-time nanny” which was his little cushioned seat which arrived in the mail today – it was a perfect prop for the session. It’s getting late, but I wanted to display a quick sneak peek to the session. Here goes….

June 1, 2010This day was nothing short of beautiful, especially for picture taking! Everything was nice and green and there was a bit of cloud cover so the light was just right. Of course my little subjects were absolutely adorable too! I had so much fun trailing them as we took a walk, and I snapped away. They did amazingly well. I was so happy their mom found me on-line and that we were able to have such a fantastic session. I was also happy that I found this spot a week before when my husband suggested we take a walk there. I love finding new locations! Here’s a glimpse of the day — there are way too many great ones to post all of them!

May 31, 2010A few weeks ago, I was able to meet this pefect little guy — he was only one week old! I had a great visit with him and his mom and dad. They are great people, and I am so happy for them. Hopefully he will be sleeping through the night in no time. Congratulations on your bundle of joy — I am glad I was able to document his first week!

February 26, 2010I was so happy to see a little bit of sun this morning. In fact when the light gleamed through the shades, I jumped out of bed! Well the sun was short lived! It was already snowing out while I was on my way to my morning photo shoot. However, I got a bit of sunshine, nonetheless. It was in the shape of two precious infant twins and their adorable big sister! It might have been snowing and raining outside but there really was a bit of sunshine in the house. There is something so awesome about being able to photograph children – I just love it. Today was no exception. I had so much fun with these babies, and they were so good. I took everything about this session in -the baby sounds, smells, and all around cuteness. It was a pleasure to visit and meet these children. They surely made these images great. They are precious! Here’s a sneak peak to their session….
